Fixer
The Fixer skill tree is a set of Total Crackdown player skills for wielders of the OVE9000 Saw. Fixer skills will let you use the saw to deal massive damage and spread panic among the police.

Basic: Hitting an enemy with the OVE9000 Saw or Bloody Mess increases the damage bonus of Into The Pit by +1%, up to +1000%. Aced: The OVE9000 Saw is guaranteed to inflict Panic on hit. | |
| Bloody Mess
Basic: Kills with the OVE9000 Saw deal the killing blow's damage to enemies within 3 meters. Aced: Kills with the OVE9000 Saw staggers most enemies within 6 meters. Note: Stagger does not impact Dozers. |
Not Safe
Basic: The OVE9000 Saw instantly destroys Dozer armor plates and can cut through shields.

Basic: Increases your spare OVE9000 Saw blades to 2. Aced: Increases your spare OVE9000 Saw blades to 3. |
Handyman
Basic: The OVE9000 Saw gains +25% range. Aced: OVE9000 Saw blades gain +50% Durability. |
| Into The Pit
Basic: The OVE9000 Saw deals +1000% damage to enemies and no longer spends Durability unless cutting a breachable object. Aced: The OVE9000 Saw becomes available as a Secondary weapon. | |
