The Assassin skill tree is a set of Total Crackdown player skills for players who like to kill without attracting too much attention. Poiosons, arrows, and silencers are the assassin's tools of choice.

Quiet as the Grave

Quiet as the Grave Skill Icon

Basic: Killing an enemy reduces the active cooldown of Killer's Notebook by 1 second, increased to 5 seconds when killing an enemy with a Quiet Weapon.

Aced: Killer's Notebook can stack up to 5 times. All stacks are expended on activation.

Toxic Shock

Toxic Shock Skill Icon

Basic: Successfully Poisoning an enemy will also Poison enemies within a 3 meter radius.

Aced: Poison deals +100% Damage.

Note: Toxic Shock's poison does not cause sickness or stun animations, just the damage over time. Also, Toxic Shock cannot trigger itself.

Professional's Choice

Professional's Choice Skill Icon

Basic: Quiet Weapons gain a +2% Fire Rate bonus for every 3 points of Detection Risk under 35, up to +10%.

Aced: The Fire Rate bonus is increased to +4% and the maximum bonus is increased to +20%.

Good Hunting

Good Hunting Skill Icon

Basic: Bows have all of their Arrows readied instead of in reserve. Arrows will curve towards enemies, angling to strike them in the head.

Aced: Crossbows instantly Reload themselves after a Headshot. Bolts gain Body Piercing, punching through the target and any other enemies in its path.

Comfortable Silence

Comfortable Silence Skill Icon

Basic: Quiet Weapons gain +2 Concealment.

Aced: Quiet Weapons gain +4 Concealment.

Killer's Notebook

Killer's Notebook Skill Icon

Basic: Every 75 seconds, Quiet Weapons deal an additional 10 damage with the next shot, multiplied by that weapon's Concealment and divided among projectiles fired. Every point of Detection Risk under 75 reduces the base cooldown by 1 second.

Aced: Quiet Weapons ADS 90% faster.

Note: The bonus damage from Killer's Notebook is completely separate from other weapon family mechanics (Spray and Pray, Point and Click, Tender Meat, etc) and does not interact with them. However, it does benefit from headshots.
