Chief
The Chief skill tree is a set of Total Crackdown player skills dedicated to converting hostage law enforcers into Jokers. Chiefs effectively boost the abilities of their Joker armies, providing benefits to the whole team.

Service above Self
Basic: Increases the maximum amount of Jokers you can have active at one time to 2. Aced: Jokers gain +1% Damage every 2 seconds they're active, up to +100%. | |
Order through Law
Basic: Jokers equipped with Shotguns will use melee attacks on enemies within range, dealing high damage and staggering Shields.

Justice with Mercy
Basic: Jokers equipped with Assault Rifles gain +90% Accuracy and Armor Piercing.

Standard of Excellence
Basic: Jokers regenerate 2.5% of their Maximum Health per second and their Damage Resistance increases from 80% to 90%. Aced: Jokers no longer flinch from taking damage and cannot be knocked down. |
Maintaining the Peace
Basic: Shouting at a Special Enemy causes your Jokers to focus them as a priority target. Aced: If you have an open Joker slot, shouting at a Standard Enemy will force them to instantly surrender. You can only have one instantly surrendered enemy at a time. |
Protect and Serve
Basic: If you are targeted by a Cloaker or shocked by a Taser, your Joker will tackle the Special Enemy and knock them down. This can only occur once every 30 seconds per Joker. Aced: Increases your Friendship Collar supply to 12. |
