Shaped Charges

Shaped Charges are explosive tools that can destroy specific obstacles or open containers. These tools are used in scripted locations, usually to bypass objectives and save time.

Tips & Trivia

• No longer paired with Trip Mines
• Shaped Charge base stock increased from 3 to 4
• Shaped Charge deploy time reduced by 75%

Design Notes

• Shaped Charges remain in the slot that they previously shared with Trip Mines.
• These items now feature an increased base stock and the potential to carry up to 10 Shaped Charges at once depending on player investment in the Sapper skill tree.
• As is the case in the base game, a player bringing shaped charges is effectively paying an inventory (and potentially, skill point) cost to bypass objectives for the team.
