Heavy Assault Rifle enemies are well-armored units central to gameplay on higher difficulties. With higher health, damage, and improved accuracy at range, players need to worry about these units at any distance. Heavy enemies at the FBI tier and above wear torso armor that both negates incoming conventional attacks and offers the unit partial resistance to explosive damage attacks.
Crackdown differences
On the Crackdown difficulty, Heavy Zeal enemies are extremely difficult to intimidate.
